Job summary

Gibson Dunn in London is seeking an IS Trainer to join the IS Training team. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality technical training to attorneys and staff, supporting smooth software rollouts and developing comprehensive training programs.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience delivering technical training in legal or corporate environments, with strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, iManage, Teams and Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of verifiable experience delivering technical training in the legal industry and corporate environment.
• Solid knowledge of Windows 11 operating system, Microsoft 365, iManage, Microsoft Teams and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with Apple iOS/macOS devices as well as legal applications such as Aderant Expert Time, Litera Compare, Litera Forte, InterAction and Foundation is required.
• A four-year university degree or equivalent is preferred

Responsibilities

• Is expected to have an above-average proficiency and competency in all IS-supported software and hardware.
• Schedules and delivers new hire training for all attorneys and staff in assigned offices.
• Works closely with Global Services personnel to implement smooth software rollouts and participates in firm-wide projects including testing and development of best practices.
• Researches, plans, organizes and delivers training programs for all attorneys and staff.
• Writes materials for training programs as requested; evaluates and recommends changes for new programs and software upgrades.
• Maintains a working relationship with Directors of Admin to determine specific needs within the office.
