Job summary

Gibson Dunn in London is seeking an IS Trainer to provide high‑quality training and support to attorneys and staff. The role involves analyzing needs, developing programs, and delivering training across the firm’s IS tools and software.

You will report to the IS Training Manager or Coordinator and collaborate with Global Services on software rollouts and firm‑wide projects, while delivering practical, accessible instruction for diverse user groups.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of verifiable experience delivering technical training in the legal industry and corporate environment.
• Solid knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, iManage, Microsoft Teams and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with Apple iOS/macOS devices as well as legal applications such as Aderant Expert Time, Litera Compare, Litera Forte, InterAction and Foundation is required.
• Experience with Camtasia, Captivate or other eLearning production software is a plus.
• A four-year university degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and delivers training for attorneys and staff in assigned offices.
• Works with Global Services to implement software rollouts and participate in firm-wide projects.
• Develops and tests training materials; delivers Just-in-Time training as needed.
• Maintains relationships with Admin Directors to determine office needs.
• Assists in testing potential hires and evaluating technical skills during interviews.
• May assist outside consultants with preparation and administration of training programs.
