Job summary

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions is seeking an IS Manufacturing Business Analyst to analyze, design, and implement manufacturing systems and processes aligned with business goals. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and logistics across global operations.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain systems analysis, plus hands-on work with JDE E1 ERP, WMS, and TMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain & Manufacturing Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain systems analysis or business analysis.
• Experience with JDE E1 ERP system, WMS, TMS, and related platforms.
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing and supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements for manufacturing and supply chain systems and enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement system solutions.
• Support the deployment and integration of ERP, WMS, TMS, and other manufacturing and supply chain platforms.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision‑making and performance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and training materials.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide post‑implementation support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards across supply chain systems.
• Support vendors and service providers solutions integrations for supply chain technologies.
• Support change management and training initiatives for new systems and processes.

• Experience in cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• International experience and familiarity with global supply chain operations.

Geography To Cover And Travel Requirements
