Job summary

Motorsport Network, LLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Graduate Business Analyst to join our Business Transformation team. You will help develop and optimise our ERP systems and business processes while gaining exposure across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial and IT.

You will gather and document requirements, map processes, build reports and dashboards, and support data migration and system testing.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, CS, Manufacturing or related discipline.
• Interest in ERP, digital transformation and business systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements through the ERP lifecycle.
• Support ERP, PMO platforms, reporting tools and core systems improvements.
• Map business processes and translate to efficient workflows.
• Produce process maps, functional specs and user requirements.
• Support data integration across ERP and connected systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, IT and stakeholders on projects.
• Assist with ERP configuration, testing, UAT and optimization.
• Create reports, dashboards and data analyses to support performance.
• Assist with Bills of Materials and product data management.
• Contribute to data migration, validation and data integrity.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system performance.
• Produce user guides and training materials.
• Participate in CI initiatives while developing BA skills.

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Business Analyst to join our Business Transformation team and play a key role in supporting the development and optimisation of our business systems and processes.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial and IT functions while developing valuable skills in ERP systems, business analysis, data management and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements throughout the ERP system lifecycle.
• Supporting the administration and continuous improvement of ERP, PMO platforms, reporting tools and other core business systems.
• Mapping business processes and helping translate them into efficient system workflows.
• Producing clear business documentation, including process maps, functional specifications and user requirements.
• Supporting data integration across ERP and connected systems such as PLM, MES, WMS, HR and reporting platforms.
• Working closely with Engineering, Operations, IT and business stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
• Assisting with ERP configuration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system optimisation.
• Creating reports, dashboards and data analysis to support business performance.
• Supporting the management of Bills of Materials (BoMs), product structures and associated business data.
• Assisting with data migration, validation and maintaining data integrity.
• Helping identify opportunities to improve business processes and system performance.
• Producing user guides and training materials to support successful system adoption.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives while developing your business analysis skills.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• A degree (or be expecting to graduate) in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing or a related discipline.
• An interest in business systems, ERP and digital transformation (knowledge of Epicor ERP and PLM systems would be an advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and business systems.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• An understanding of the importance of data accuracy and process compliance.
• A structured, solution-focused approach with a desire to continuously improve.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across different teams.
• The flexibility to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally when required.
