This role serves as the primary link between Telford stakeholders and the IT/IS organization, collaborating with Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Distribution, and Quality to resolve issues, capture requirements, and implement approved technology solutions.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems/IS Analyst to support, maintain, and improve the Infor LN ERP environment and related manufacturing business systems based at our Telford location.
This position will serve as the primary connection between Telford business stakeholders and the divisional IT/IS organization. The successful candidate will work closely with Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Distribution, Quality, and other functions to resolve system issues, understand business requirements, improve processes, and support approved technology solutions.
This role is primarily focused on Infor LN and manufacturing business systems while also contributing to reporting, analytics, automation, and digital-manufacturing initiatives. The position is part of a multinational IT/IS organization and will collaborate with colleagues across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Preferred Experience
At least five years of supporting ERP manufacturing business systems.
Strong analytical, technical problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams across multiple locations. Functional (operations) or technical experience with Infor LN or Baan preferred.
Experience with SQL, reporting, analytics, integrations, or data management.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
Familiarity with IT service management

Degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
