Business Support Sales Analyst

Seeking a skilled Business Support Sales Analyst to join a leading automotive OEM in the UK. The role focuses on providing operational support for sales order fulfilment tools and processes, performing data analysis, and driving process improvements across the product development team.

Position Description

Based on-site at the production plant in the South East Region of the UK, the analyst will work on a long-term rolling contract (37.5 hours per week with overtime opportunities after 12 weeks). Responsibilities include:

• Business support for Sales Order Fulfilment tools and processes
• Programming and forecasting systems: SPCPS, Dealer Wholesale system, Dealer Business Planning, EU Sims, GWS
• Liaise with VOPS IT Team to identify, escalates, and resolves application issues affecting Order Fulfilment processes
• Develop and publish performance metrics to support process improvement activitiesCoordinate user documentation and support training sessions
• Support European Marketing Sales & Service AM and AD organizations, European Programming Team, European Forecasting Team, Material Planning and Logistics, Manufacturing, National Sales Companies, and other business units

Skills Required

• Basic IT understanding of how systems work, data is stored and transmitted
