Job summary

Trelleborg Medical Solutions söker Integration Analyst för att leverera säkra och skalbara dataflöden som stödjer globala operationer.

Du designar och implementerar integrationer mellan affärsenheter, tillverkning och molnapplikationer, leder val av verktyg och avgör vilken väg för integration som passar bäst. Första sex månaderna är helt på plats; därefter kan rollen bli hybrid med tre dagar i kontoret per vecka.

Qualifications

• Kandidat har kandidatexamen i IT, CS, teknik eller motsvarande erfarenhet.
• 3–5 års erfarenhet av stöduppgifter för system- eller dataintegrationer i större miljö.
• Hands-on erfarenhet av APIer, integrationsmönster och dataformat som REST/JSON/XML.
• Kännedom om iPaaS, anpassad API-utveckling, middleware eller händelsedrivna arbetsflöden.
• Minst ett programmeringsspråk (Python, C#, Java eller TypeScript/Node.js).
• Förståelse för autentisering, felhantering, retries och övervakning.

Responsibilities

• Och hur många avdelningar och system som ska integreras.
• Designa, utveckla och underhåll integrationer med REST-APIer, webhooks och meddelandeköer.
• Värdera färdiga lösningar mot skräddarsydda adapterlösningar ur kostnads-, säkerhets- och underhållsperspektiv.
• Bygga middleware och microservices för komplex logik.
• Införa felhantering, idempotens och övervakning.
• Skapa mappningar, transformationer och valideringsflöden.
• Definiera API-kontrakt och autentiseringsflöden (OAuth 2.0, API Keys).
• Samarbeta med InfoSec, infrastruktur och appägare för efterlevnad.
• Dokumentera arkitektur, runbooks och SLAer; ge driftstöd.

Summary Of The Role

In the role of Integration Analyst, you will deliver secure, scalable, and reliable data flows that support our global operations. You will help architect and implement integrations linking business unit and enterprise platforms, manufacturing systems, and cloud applications. You will lead tool selection, evaluate and recommend the integration path forward, and determine whether iPaaS, REST‑based integrations, or native connectors best fit business needs. When standard options are insufficient, you will design and build custom adapters and microservices.

Tasks And Responsibilities

• Connect enterprise systems platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and message queues.
• Evaluate OOB connectors versus custom-built solutions, balancing cost, security, and maintainability.
• Develop middleware (microservices, SDKs) to support complex integration logic.
• Implement robust error handling, retries, idempotency, and monitoring strategies.
• Create and execute data mappings, transformations, validation flows, and schema versioning.
• Define API contracts, authentication flows (OAuth 2.0, API Keys), and secrets management.
• Collaborate with InfoSec, infrastructure, and application owners to meet compliance standards.
• Instrument integrations with logging, tracing, and metrics for insights and reliability.
• Document integration architectures, runbooks, SLAs, and provide ongoing production support.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting system, application, or data integrations in an enterprise or multi‑system environment.
• Hands‑on exposure to APIs, integration patterns, and modern data exchange formats (REST, JSON, XML).
• Familiarity with one or more integration approaches such as iPaaS, custom API development, middleware, or event‑driven workflows.
• Practical experience with at least one programming or scripting language (Python, C#, Java, or TypeScript/Node.js preferred but not required).
• Understanding of integration fundamentals including authentication, error handling, retry logic, and basic monitoring.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to evolving integration needs as the organization matures its integration capabilities.

Geography To Cover And Travel Requirements

• Role is a global role with scope including all Trelleborg Medical sites.
• Day and overnight travel up to 10% may be required to domestic & international locations.
• For the first six months, this role will be fully onsite (Monday–Friday). After that period, the position may transition to a hybrid schedule with three in‑office days per week.
