Job summary

Farrans Construction is seeking a recruiter to support recruitment across the Ireland region. You will attract and source candidates, process onboarding, and provide admin support to ensure a smooth recruitment process with an excellent candidate experience.

The role requires collaboration with the wider recruitment team, HRIS and HR, and involves travel across Ireland with a hybrid working pattern three days per week at the Northern Ireland Head Office.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
• Minimum of 3 years’ Recruitment experience as an in-house recruiter.
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, job boards and social media advertising.

Responsibilities

• Creation of job advertisements within the ATS and across platforms.
• Sourcing candidates via job boards, talent databases and social channels.
• Create and maintain candidate talent pools for the region.
• Main point of contact for candidates across Ireland from screening to scheduling and feedback.
• Admin within the ATS and reporting dashboards.
• Attend events and fairs for candidate attraction.
• Collaborate with HRIS & HR to deliver a great candidate experience.
• Support scheduling of interviews.
• Serve as main contact with agents connected to the region.
