Job summary

Ocorian in Belfast is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple global jurisdictions. You will partner with hiring managers, shape talent pipelines, and drive innovative sourcing to secure top talent in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will deliver 360 recruitment across functions, manage offers, and leverage analytics to improve the hiring journey while collaborating with HR and business leaders to raise hiring standards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering 360, end-to-end recruitment within professional services, financial services, or similarly complex global environments.
• Proven track record hiring across multiple functions, jurisdictions, including engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities to identify, engage, and convert passive talent.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, advising on hiring strategies and market trends.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions and jurisdictions, delivering high-quality shortlists and a strong candidate experience.
• Lead recruitment campaigns for niche and high-volume vacancies with effective assessment methodologies.
• Source and engage passive talent via direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent mapping activities.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines across key skills and global locations to support hiring needs.
• Assess candidates against technical requirements, competencies, and fit to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing recruitment processes, efficiency, and the candidate journey.
• Maintain accurate ATS records with data integrity and audit readiness.
• Leverage analytics to monitor performance and provide insights for data-driven decisions.
• Manage offer negotiations and successful delivery, ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in developing the wider team.
