Job summary

Farrans Construction is seeking an enthusiastic recruitment professional to support activity across the Ireland region. You will attract and source talent, manage candidates through the process, and provide admin support to the wider team.

The role is hybrid, with three days at the Northern Ireland Head Office and travel across Ireland to engage stakeholders. Responsibilities include job advertising, proactive sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and collaboration with HRIS/HR

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruitment experience in-house
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment process
• Skilled in candidate sourcing and screening
• Proficient with ATS and interview scheduling
• Strong stakeholder relationship management
• Valid UK driving license

Responsibilities

• Create job advertisements in ATS and across platforms
• Source candidates via job boards, talent databases, and social channels
• Maintain candidate talent pools for the region
• Act as main point of contact for candidates across Ireland
• Handle interview scheduling and feedback communication
• Maintain ATS administration and reporting dashboards
• Attend events to attract candidates
• Coordinate with HRIS/HR to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Support regional agents and travel for stakeholder meetings
