Job summary

Farrans-Construction is seeking an enthusiastic recruitment professional to support activity across the Ireland region. You will attract and source talent, manage candidates through the process, and provide essential administrative support to the wider recruitment team.

The role is hybrid, three days a week at our Northern Ireland Head Office, with travel across Ireland to meet stakeholders. You will collaborate with HRIS and HR to deliver a positive candidate experience from attraction to

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience in-house
• Experience with phone and in-person interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
• Experience using applicant tracking systems
• Ability to build and develop strong stakeholder relationships across all seniority levels
• Resilient and self-confident with the ability to think on your feet while under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and meticulous planning
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Hold a valid UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Create job advertisements within the ATS and across advertising platforms
• Source candidates proactively via job boards, talent databases, and social channels
• Create and maintain candidate talent pools for the region
• Act as main point of contact for candidates across Ireland from screening to onboarding
• Ensure all administration is complete within the ATS and dashboards
• Attend events and fairs to support candidate attraction
• Collaborate with the recruitment team, HRIS & HR to ensure excellent candidate experience
• Support scheduling of interviews for the wider team
• Coordinate with agents connected to the region
