Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume, transactional recruitment processes.
• Sales background with genuine interest in recruitment is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Business Support sector is desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness with a consultative, relationship-led approach.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.
• A positive, self‑motivated approach with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for business support clients across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
• Building and developing strong relationships with clients and candidates at all levels.
• Growing your own desk with the full backing of our operations, BD, and marketing teams.
• Working across high-volume, transactional roles, managing multiple live vacancies and fast-moving candidate pipelines at pace.
• Becoming a trusted specialist in a fast-paced, high-turnover sector.
