Job summary

ghd is seeking a Senior Director of eCommerce to own end-to-end P&L, strategy, and performance across EMEA and APAC. You will shape digital channels including DTC, Amazon, and key partners, aligning brand demand, customer experience, and online conversion for profitable, scalable growth.

With a primary focus on Amazon as a growth engine, you will lead EU4 JBP negotiations, define regional Amazon strategy, and cultivate senior relationships with Amazon leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior eCommerce leadership roles with multi-country responsibility.
• Proven ability to deliver high-growth eCommerce P&L performance.
• Deep expertise in Amazon across EMEA, including negotiations and Joint Business Planning.

Responsibilities

• Own full eCommerce P&L across EMEA & APAC, including revenue, margin and profitability.
• Define and deliver the regional eCommerce growth strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Lead forecasting, performance tracking and delivery against financial commitments.
• Define the Amazon strategy and governance across markets.
