Shaw Trust is seeking an IPS Service Manager to oversee the delivery and performance of the IPS contract across Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, and Kirklees. The role is home-based with regular area meetings and travel within the delivery region.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven IPS Service Managers to join our team — subject to the successful award of new contracts in West Yorkshire covering Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield & Kirklees.
As an IPS Service Manager, you will oversee the day to day delivery and overall performance of the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) contract. Combining vision and direction with strong relationship building and people management skills, you will take accountability for project performance across our own delivery area. You will need to have an expert understanding of Individual Placement and Support, the fidelity scale and how that interacts with the IPS fidelity manual.
You will be responsible for managing Team Leader(s) which will involve providing regular supervision around IPS practice issues, as well as support around complex staffing and caseload issues. Whilst this is a home-based role you will be expected to be in your area of delivery for face-to-face meetings for at least half the week.
Your role will involve building partnerships with local NHS Trusts, employment providers and referral sources as well as maintaining partnerships with stakeholders and commissioners.
You will work in partnership with local health team managers, ensuring the IPS Service is embedded in clinical settings, community groups and referral partners. You will also build positive working relationships with external partners, most notable NHS England and IPS Grow.
