Job summary

Waythrough is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to help clients find and sustain paid employment using the IPS model. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to understand skills and goals, while engaging employers to create real job opportunities and remove barriers to work.

You will stay with clients through the transition, supporting them into the workplace and celebrating progress on their recovery journey.

• Experience talking with employers and supporting people into work.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across levels.
• Ability to build employer networks and promote a positive message.
• Negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
