Job summary

Trigon Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Employment Specialist to join a community-focused IPS-based program in New Moulton.

The role involves one-to-one participant support, job searching, CVs and interview prep, with mainly in-person delivery and occasional home-working where appropriate. You will work with individuals facing barriers to employment, supporting them to identify goals, build confidence and secure sustainable jobs within the local area.

Qualifications

• Experience in employment support, IPS, supported employment or welfare‑to‑work services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants with tailored employment support.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centered guidance and vocational support.
• Identify skills, strengths and employment goals of participants.
• Develop and review personalised action plans for progression into work.
• Build relationships with local employers to develop job opportunities.
• Proactively engage with employers to promote inclusive recruitment.
