You will manage an active caseload, deliver the IPS approach, and support clients through vocational profiling and job searches. Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of working with people with mental health needs.
• Experience of providing one-to-one support.
• History of meeting/exceeding outcomes and targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of around 25 clients with mental health support needs.
• Deliver Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach.
• Assist clients in job searches and provide tailor-made support.
