A leading employment support organization in West Midlands seeks an Associate to assist individuals with mental health needs in securing sustainable employment. You will manage an active caseload, deliver the IPS approach, and support clients through vocational profiling and job searches. Ideal candidates will have experience with mental health services and a proven track record of achieving outcomes. The position is full-time and offers the opportunity to create positive impacts in clients' lives.

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of working with people with mental health needs.
• Experience of providing one-to-one support.
• History of meeting/exceeding outcomes and targets.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of around 25 clients with mental health support needs.
• Deliver Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach.
• Assist clients in job searches and provide tailor-made support.

Experience working with mental health support needs

Ability to manage multiple tasks

One-on-one support experience

Proven record of meeting targets
