Job summary

Landau Ltd seeks an IPS Employment Advisor to support individuals in achieving competitive employment. You will manage a caseload of up to 25 clients, provide personalised employment planning, run job searches and CV development, and collaborate with clinical teams to secure positive outcomes.

As part of a committed charity, you will engage with participants to understand goals, navigate barriers, and ensure proper documentation and referrals, contributing to the organisation’s mission to change

Qualifications

• IAG Level 3 minimum or working towards.
• Mental Health First Aid qualification held or willing to obtain.
• Trained in IPS approach.
• Experience with employment-related support for vulnerable groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 20/25 clients, unemployed or retention support.
• Undertake IPS training and integrate with clinical teams for referrals.
• Conduct initial meetings to build rapport and gather baseline information.
• Develop employment plans and support job searches, CVs, and readiness.
• Source job opportunities and liaise with employers.
• Ensure records are accurate and stored in line with GDPR and fidelity.
• Attend internal/external meetings and participate in project reviews.
