• Manage a caseload of up to 20–25 clients seeking employment.
• Work toward targets for new starts (min 5 per month) and 3 employment.
• Undertake IPS training and develop Fidelity understanding.
• Integrate into clinical teams to build relationships and receive referrals.
• Conduct initial meetings to gain consent and collect baseline information.
• Develop vocational profiles and personal employment plans.
• Source tailored job opportunities and engage employers.
• Record participant information electronically and on paper in line with GDPR and fidelity.
