Job summary

Working Well Trust in Enfield is recruiting 2x full-time IPS Employment Advisors to support clients within NHS mental health teams. The role combines caseload management with building employer links to create sustainable employment opportunities, under IPS guidelines.

Training will be provided, and lived experience is welcomed. The position is based on-site in Enfield, with travel to community settings as needed, and offers a collaborative, supportive environment within a growing team committed

Qualifications

• Experience in employment support is not essential, but a passion for employment as wellbeing is important.
• Ability to manage a caseload and multitask in a mental health setting.
• Willingness to learn the IPS approach and engage with local employers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients with mental health support needs to secure sustainable paid employment.
• Deliver IPS-based support with training provided, focusing on person-centred guidance.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers to promote opportunities for clients.
