Job summary

AFI-Rentals is seeking an IPAF/PASMA Instructor for Midlands-area training delivery to national standards. You will ensure delegates’ safety, prepare training spaces, and manage documentation efficiently.

The role offers competitive salary with car allowance and benefits. The ideal candidate will hold IPAF & PASMA licences, have exceptional communication skills, be well organised, and hold a valid driving licence with reliable transport.

Qualifications

• IPAF & PASMA Instructor licences required (PASMA licence can be worked towards).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, self-motivated with good time management.
• Full driving licence and own transport (car allowance included).

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to required standards (IPAF, PASMA).
• Ensure health and safety of delegates during training.
• Complete and submit all relevant paperwork promptly.
• Prepare training areas (indoors and outdoors) for delegates.
