AFI-Rentals, based in the West Midlands, is seeking an IPAF/PASMA instructor or a candidate who is motivated to gain these qualifications. You will join a team delivering national standard training and mentoring learners to qualification.

The ideal candidate:

• Will hold an IPAF & PASMA Instructor licence (PASMA licence can be worked towards)
• Will have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Will be enthusiastic, organised, self-motivated, and have good time management
• Will hold a full driving licence and own transport (car allowance included in package)

The salary for this role is between £NMW - £37,500 depending on qualifications and experience, plus car allowance, benefits and incentive scheme.
