Job summary

3D Personnel is seeking an IPAF Operator in Southampton. You will operate the lifting cradle/MEWP safely, work at height, and support site teams with tasks while following safety protocols.

This role requires a valid CSCS card, IPAF ticket, and ID/Passport, plus full PPE. A reliable, safety-conscious applicant will thrive in a hands-on construction environment, with attention to pre-use checks and a tidy work area.

Qualifications

• IPAF ticket (relevant category) is required.
• Valid ID/Passport and full PPE provided.
• Reliable, hard-working and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Operate lifting cradle/MEWP safely and efficiently.
• Work at height following site safety regulations.
• Assist site teams with tasks as required.
• Carry out pre-use checks on equipment.
• Keep the work area clean and tidy.
• Follow instructions from site management.
• Work in line with industry health and safety standards.
