Job summary

AFI-Rentals is seeking an IPAF/PASMA Instructor to deliver training to national standards in the Midlands. You will ensure delegate safety, prepare training areas indoors and outdoors, and manage paperwork to tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate holds IPAF and PASMA licences (PASMA licence can be pursued), has excellent communication, and is enthusiastic, organised, and self-motivated with strong time management. A full driving licence and own transport are required with a car allowance included.

Qualifications

• IPAF and PASMA Instructor licences are required; PASMA licence can be worked towards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, organised, self-motivated, and have good time management.
• Will hold a full driving licence and own transport; car allowance provided.

Responsibilities

• Delivering training to the required standard (e.g. IPAF, PASMA).
• Ensuring the health and safety of all delegates participating in training.
• Undertaking and ensuring all relevant paperwork is filled out correctly and submitted in a timely fashion.
• Preparing training areas (both indoors and outdoors) ready for delegates to arrive.
• Recruiting multiple IPAF/PASMA Instructors to deliver training to national standards.
