Job summary

AFI Group is seeking an IPAF Instructor to join our training team in the West Midlands region. You will deliver high-quality training to national standards for IPAF and PASMA, mentor learners, and manage training paperwork.

The ideal candidate will hold IPAF and PASMA Instructor licences (PASMA licence can be worked towards), possess excellent communication and time-management skills, a full driving licence and own transport. The role includes a car allowance and benefits package.

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, organised, self-motivated with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality training to national standards for IPAF and PASMA.
• Create a safe, engaging learning environment and mentor learners to achieve qualifications.
• Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Prepare indoor and outdoor training areas.
