Job summary

AFI Group is seeking an IPAF Instructor to join our training team in the West Midlands region. You will deliver high-quality training to national standards for IPAF and PASMA, mentor learners, and manage training paperwork.

The ideal candidate will hold IPAF and PASMA Instructor licences (PASMA licence can be worked towards), possess excellent communication and time-management skills, a full driving licence and own transport. The role includes a car allowance and benefits package.

We’re looking for an IPAF/PASMA instructor, or someone with the enthusiasm and drive to work towards gaining these qualifications, to join our team in the West Midlands and surrounding area.

The salary for this role is between £NMW - £37,500 depending on qualifications and experience, plus car allowance, benefits and incentive scheme.
