Metro Rod LTD is seeking an Invoicing and Accounts Assistant for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a pro-rata salary of £25,077 per year.

You will manage invoicing for diverse clients, coordinate with departments and franchisees, and support cashflow through accurate processing and timely queries resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong numeracy, excellent communication, and experience in a financial environment, using tools like SAGE or

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
• Experience in a financial team preferred.
• Excellent customer service is essential.
• Advanced literacy and numeracy with good IT skills.

Responsabilités

• Daily upload of invoices and financial information with cost breakdown.
• Liaise with departments and franchisee network to resolve queries.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email and escalate where needed.
• Collaborate with credit controllers to maximise cash collection.
• Attend business and client meetings to discuss processes and improvements.
• Work with the Digital Team to meet KPI targets.
