Job summary

Metro Rod LTD, part of Franchise Brands plc, is seeking an Invoicing and Accounts Assistant on a full-time 12-month FTC, 37.5 hours per week. The role focuses on managing invoicing for a range of clients to maximise cashflow.

You will upload invoices daily, liaise with departments and clients, support credit control and help improve processes. Benefits include 25 days leave, pension, life assurance, cycle to work, eye care, parking and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a financial team or busy call-centre is acceptable.
• Experience providing excellent customer service.
• Advanced IT skills and good numeracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Daily upload of invoices and cost breakdown.
• Liaising with departments within Metro Rod and franchisees to resolve queries.
• Communicating with clients by phone and email and escalating queries as needed.
• Collaborate with credit controllers to maximise cash collection.
• Attend meetings to discuss process improvements.
• Work with the Digital Team to meet KPI targets.
