We are currently working on an extremely exciting opportunity with a client who is looking to hire an Associate to join their TMT M&A team. The firm is an Elite Boutique with an exceptional reputation in the market.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction experience, ideally from a bulge bracket or elite boutique. Candidates with overseas platform experience and a proven M&A background, along with fluent language skills, will also be considered.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions within the TMT space, with a team that has an outstanding market reputation. Sector expertise in TMT is preferred, but candidates interested in specializing in TMT are also encouraged to apply. A strong educational background and undergraduate degree are required.
