We are currently working on an exciting opportunity with a client looking to hire an Associate to join their TMT M&A team. The firm is an Elite Boutique with an exceptional market reputation.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction experience, ideally from a bulge bracket or elite boutique. Candidates from overseas platforms with proven M&A backgrounds and fluent language skills will also be considered.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile transactions within a renowned team and platform. Sector expertise in TMT is preferred, but a strong desire to operate in TMT will also be considered. A solid education and undergraduate degree are required.
