Job Description:

We are currently working on an extremely exciting opportunity with a client who is looking to hire an Associate to join their TMT M&A team. The firm is an Elite Boutique with an exceptional reputation in the market.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction experience, preferably from a bulge bracket or elite boutique. Candidates with overseas platform experience and a proven M&A background, who are fluent in the relevant language, will also be considered.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile transactions within a renowned platform, focusing on the TMT sector. Sector-specific experience is preferred, but a strong desire to operate within TMT will also be considered. An excellent education and undergraduate degree are prerequisites.

The role includes:

• Assisting in the execution of TMT mandates
• Preparing marketing pitch-books and related materials
• Gathering public information from various sources
• Creating valuation models and benchmark analyses
