We are currently working on an extremely exciting opportunity with a client who is looking to hire an Associate to join their TMT M&A team. The firm is an Elite Boutique with an exceptional name in the market.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction experience, operating at a bulge bracket or elite boutique. Candidates with experience from overseas platforms will also be considered if they have a proven M&A background and fluent command of the language.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile transactions in the TMT space within a renowned team. TMT sector expertise is preferred, but candidates interested in working within TMT are also encouraged to apply. An excellent education and undergraduate degree are required.

The role will include:
