We are currently working on an exciting opportunity with a client looking to hire an Associate for their TMT M&A team. The firm is an elite boutique with a strong market reputation.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction experience, preferably from a bulge bracket or elite boutique. Candidates from overseas platforms with proven M&A backgrounds and fluent language skills will also be considered.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile transactions within a renowned platform. TMT sector expertise is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates a strong interest in this area. A solid educational background and undergraduate degree are required.
