Job Description:

We are currently working on an extremely exciting opportunity with a client who is looking to hire an Associate to join their TMT M&A team. The firm is an Elite Boutique with an exceptional reputation in the market.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction experience, preferably from a bulge bracket or elite boutique. Candidates with overseas platform experience will also be considered if they have a proven M&A background and fluent language skills.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions within a renowned platform. Sector expertise in TMT is preferred, but candidates eager to operate in TMT are also welcome. A strong educational background and undergraduate degree are required.

The role includes:

• Assisting in the execution of TMT mandates
• Preparing marketing pitch-books and related materials
• Gathering public information from various sources
• Creating valuation models and benchmark analyses
