We are currently working on an extremely exciting opportunity with a client who is looking to hire an Associate to join their TMT M&A team. The firm is an Elite Boutique with an exceptional name in the market.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction exposure, operating at a bulge bracket or elite boutique. Candidates from overseas platforms will also be considered if they have a proven M&A background and fluent command of the language.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile transactions in the TMT space within a renowned team. Sector expertise in TMT is preferred, but candidates eager to operate in this space will also be considered. A strong educational background and undergraduate degree are required.
