Job summary

Funko is seeking an Inventory Support Administrator in Coventry to manage real-time inventory data within the WMS and D365. You will coordinate cycle counts, adjustments, and variances while maintaining SOPs and ensuring safety standards.

Collaborating with stakeholders across the business, you will support inventory accuracy, handle transfer orders, and audit non-physical locations to uphold records. Monday to Friday, up to 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office packages.
• Inventory experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain real-time inventory transactions in the WMS and D365.
• Record and monitor cycle counts, adjustments, and anomalies.
• Ensure SOPs for Inventory are up to date and followed.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders across the business and with the Inventory Process Lead.
• Lock and block locations as needed for safety and maintenance.
• Audit non-physical locations monthly to maintain accuracy.
