Job summary

Funko, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Admin Assistant in London.

You will provide administrative and analytical support to the Ecommerce DTC Merchandising team, ensuring accurate product data, stock management and smooth daily trading in a hybrid setup (3 days in office, 2 from home).

Proficiency in Excel and strong numerical analytics will help drive product launches, stock reporting and cross-functional collaboration across Planning, Ecommerce, Marketing and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product, assortment, sales, stock and intake data across systems.
• Track ranging, availability, and launch dates for new product launches.
• Monitor stock levels and product availability, flag risks and opportunities.
• Track inventory intake and deliveries with accurate dates and quantities.
• Assist planning of pre-orders and pre-sales and track stock commitments.
• Support promotional and markdown activity with accurate pricing data.
• Contribute to ad hoc sales, stock, sell-through and product performance analyses.
• Prepare weekly trade meetings, range reviews and other merchandising meetings.
• Collaborate with Planning, Ecommerce, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain teams.
• Provide day-to-day admin support and help improve reporting processes.
