Funko, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Operative to oversee the smooth operation and upkeep of its Coventry warehouse and office facilities. You will inspect and repair building infrastructure, support business continuity, and promote a safe working environment for staff and visitors.

The role involves routine inspections, plumbing/electrical/carpentry tasks, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining service records. A proactive, hands-on approach and strong safety awareness are essential.

Formación

• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and safety practices.
• Ability to identify and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out routine inspections of warehouse and office facilities.
• Perform general repairs including plumbing, basic electrical work, carpentry and decorating.
• Maintain and repair warehouse equipment, fixtures and fittings.
• Ensure building systems (lighting, heating, ventilation) are functioning.
• Liaise with external contractors for specialist work.
• Maintain maintenance records and service schedules.
• Assist with office moves and minor installations.
• Identify opportunities for improvements to facilities, efficiency and cost savings.
• Support emergency response actions and safety protocols.
