Job summary

Arvato in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to oversee stock control and team performance in a bonded warehouse. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead an inventory team, manage daily activities, optimise processes, and ensure accurate records in SAP.

You will monitor SLA compliance, coordinate resource planning, and drive inventory metrics while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems; SAP desirable.
• Customs & Trade documentation experience advantageous.
• Bonded warehouse experience advantageous.
• Experience in a temperature-controlled environment advantageous.
• Reliable, organized and able to manage time effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good numerical ability and accurate record-keeping with attention to detail.
• Demonstrates ownership and accountability; completes tasks.
• Strong customer and service focus.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, and managing the Inventory team to achieve and exceed SLAs.
• Coordinating, optimising, and implementing inventory processes, including planning daily operational activities.
• Acting as the first point of contact for inventory-related queries, process issues, and system faults, ensuring timely escalation to relevant departments.
• Identifying stock discrepancies or process deviations and initiating corrective actions, including follow-up and success tracking.
• Ensuring compliance with inventory accuracy targets and wider SLA and bonded warehouse requirements.
• Working within SAP and other inventory management systems to maintain accurate and compliant records.
• Supporting resource planning activities, including staffing and equipment requirements.
• Creating, analysing, and reporting key inventory and compliance metrics.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and service-level expectations.
• Carrying out people-management responsibilities, including training, development, and performance conversations.
