Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Inventory Lead to oversee and coordinate all inventory activities in a bonded warehouse environment. You will report to the Operations Manager and manage an inventory team to ensure accurate stock control, efficient workflows, and SLA adherence.

Full-time role based in Hams Hall with 40 hours per week. SAP experience is desirable, and familiarity with bonded warehouse and temperature-controlled settings is advantageous. Benefits include pension, life assurance, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience with computerised inventory or warehouse management systems (SAP experience desirable).
• Bonded warehouse experience advantageous.
• Temperature-controlled environment experience advantageous.
• Reliable and well-organised with good time management and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage the Inventory team to meet SLAs.
• Coordinate inventory processes and plan daily operational activities.
• Act as first point of contact for inventory queries and escalate issues as needed.
• Identify stock discrepancies and initiate corrective actions with follow-up.
