Job summary

GE Vernova's SMS Manufacturing facility in Stafford, Staffordshire is seeking a Lead Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to organize workloads, manage a small team, and ensure secure storage with accurate material records.

You will drive stock accuracy, coordinate cycle counting, and collaborate with procurement to prevent shortages while maintaining production continuity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain or related field.
• Experience using SAP ERP.
• Supply chain experience across procurement, inventory and production support.
• Excellent coaching background and team leadership.
• Experience using data to influence decisions and actions.
• Exceptional numeration aptitude and analytical skills.
• Excellent IT skills and proficiency with MS Office and data tools.
• Experience in managing a team and driving performance.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
• High level of Excel knowledge and data interpretation.
• Excellent communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
