Job summary

SEPHORA UK is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead stock operations, coach teams, and drive inventory accuracy. You’ll manage stockroom processes, audits, replenishment, and loss prevention while sustaining high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop Beauty Advisors, collaborate with store teams, and support leadership with ER matters, hours flexibility, and peak-period planning, contributing to an exceptional retail experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a retail environment managing stock
• Coaching individuals and teams to improve performance
• Experience with attendance and performance ER processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage loss prevention and inventory accuracy
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and peak periods

Responsibilities

• Supervising, training and coaching Beauty Advisors on stock organisation and inventory management
• Setting goals through performance check-ins and development plans
• Building a collaborative team culture with high standards
• Overseeing stock control, deliveries, and replenishment to keep the sales floor stocked
• Leading loss-prevention processes with regular stock audits
• Optimising stockroom layout and processes for efficiency
• Partnering with store teams to meet customer demand during peak periods
• Using analytics to inform future planning and commercial targets
• Maintaining safe, compliant stockroom and store environments
• Assisting customers with product queries and stock readiness
