Job summary

SEPHORA UK is seeking an Operations Manager to safeguard flawless store operations across cash, stock and back‑of‑house processes. You’ll lead and develop teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences in our Edinburgh flagship, aligning with SEPHORA’s standards.

You’ll drive efficiency, optimise stock flow, ensure compliance and safety, and partner with leadership to plan resources and payroll. The role requires adaptability and a passion for people development in a dynamic retail

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cash and stock operations in-store.
• Drive replenishment, cleanliness, organisation and visual presentation standards.
• Manage stockroom layout to optimise space and speed.
• Lead cash desk operations with accuracy, security and compliance.
• Provide training and performance feedback to Beauty Advisors and teams.
