Job summary

SEPHORA UK is seeking an Operations Manager to safeguard flawless store operations, from cash and stock controls to back-of-house processes, aligned with SEPHORA’s high standards.

You will lead store operations teams, drive efficiency, develop others and ensure compliance, safety and customer-ready performance across stock flow, cash desks and operational routines, shaping the store's execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail operations and team management.
• Strong cash and stock management expertise.
• Track record of driving operational efficiency and process improvements.
• Ability to interpret KPIs and translate into action.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cash and stock operations in-store.
• Drive replenishment, cleanliness, organisation and visual presentation standards.
• Manage stockroom layout, workflow and space optimisation.
• Lead cash desk operations with accuracy, security and compliance.
• Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies in cash handling processes.
• Develop and coach Operational and Cash Desk teams.
• Create staff schedules and plans balancing business needs and team wellbeing.
• Collaborate with Store Director on ER, payroll and resource planning.
