Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Clerk in Rugby to support stock accuracy and inbound order processing. The role involves using the Warehouse Management System (WMS), coordinating inbound bookings, and resolving stock discrepancies with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

You will respond to customer requests, maintain records, and collaborate with internal teams to drive warehouse efficiency while upholding company procedures and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous Warehouse experience is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Familiarity with stock records and booking schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound order processing through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Coordinate inbound booking schedules with hauliers, suppliers and operations teams.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies using system data and physical checks.
• Respond to customer requests including stock enquiries, amendments, cancellations.
• Maintain accurate stock records, inbound schedules and audit documentation.
• Deliver high-quality customer service while handling confidential information.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve warehouse efficiency.
