Job summary

• Understanding of stock control and warehouse processes.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Check stock deliveries against purchase orders and verify quantities and specifications.
• Identify and record missing or incorrect items and notify appropriate coordinator.
• Ensure stock is stored safely and logically in the warehouse.
• Operate stock rotation procedures for incoming deliveries.
• Maintain accurate stock records and support inventory accuracy.
• Inspect all hire equipment on return and record any loss or damage.
• Escalate damage or loss to the Logistics Supervisor and communicate with the coordinator.
• Process stock, equipment, servicing, and off-hire transactions using Syrinx.
• Book customer repairs into Syrinx with photos and serialized equipment details.
• Maintain documentation to support operations and customer requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
• Adhere to company health and safety policies and report hazards promptly.
• Provide support to the picking team during peak periods.
• Serve customers at trade/customer counter when required.
• Monitor weekly stock levels and report to Sales Coordinator.
• Assist with general stock control and participate in annual stock takes.
