Job summary

Forrest is seeking an experienced Administrator to join during a growth phase. The role is office based with time in the warehouse handling stock and ensuring the system stays up to date.

You will perform data entry, track stock movements, report stock levels to engineers and depots, liaise with customers by phone and email, and manage inventory such as spare parts from suppliers; inventory experience can be trained.

Qualifications

• Data entry and processing of stock/inventory items.
• Tracking all stock movements.
• Liaising with customers by phone and email.
• Ordering and managing inventory such as spare parts from suppliers.
• Inventory experience is not essential and can be trained.

Responsibilities
