Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Northfleet is seeking a Stock Controller to support daily processes and handle stock items safely and accurately at the Northfleet site (DA11 9AD).

This is a full-time, permanent role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00–16:00, with a salary of £28,560.84 and benefits including 25 days holiday, pension, discounts, cycle to work and GXO University access. Join GXO to help maintain efficient, lean supply chains.

Qualifications

• Methodical approach and good attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Excellent IT skills with Excel focus.
• Experience with WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the finance and admin team in data reporting and general admin tasks from receipt to despatch.
• Stock assembly and preparation using provided tools and systems.
• Check and respond to emails.
• Collate hours worked and prepare reports for management.
• Investigate stock issues and escalate as required.
• Use a WMS to maintain appropriate work documents.
