Job summary

Polytec Personnel Ltd in Ely invites an Inventory Controller to join our Logistics Team on a 3-month fixed term contract. You will support warehouse operations, receiving deliveries, managing stock, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure accurate inventory and timely dispatch.

On-site role reporting to the Team Lead and Logistics Manager. Experience in ERP systems (NetSuite) and stock control preferred; forklift license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong stock management skills.
• Experience in medical devices or regulated industries preferred.
• Proficient with ERP systems (NetSuite).
• Forklift license is a plus (training available).

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and process deliveries using ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Pick, pack and dispatch shipments.
• Prepare kits and manage material flow to manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock counts.

Hours: 8am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday and 8am - 1pm on Fridays, flexibility around core hours

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
