Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking an experienced Stock Controller for a busy warehouse in Crewe, Cheshire. This 3-month fixed-term contract offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 6am to 6pm, with a pay rate of £13.29 per hour.

You will maintain accurate inventory records, manage inbound shipments, perform regular stock checks and resolve discrepancies with the warehouse team. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficient Excel and WMS experience, and a proactive approach to solving

Qualifications

• Stock control experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient with Excel and WMS systems.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inbound documentation matches operational records and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inbound shipments from suppliers and 3rd parties.
• Carry out detailed inventory investigations to identify discrepancies.
• Generate and maintain accurate inventory reports for busy periods.
• Support PI cycles with regular stock checks.
• Oversee 3rd party product-specific processes and reporting.
